This is an ethical case study that I made up to provoke discussion in class. I wrote it for a leadership communications class.

Diversity Not ? gelatineling? at Gunner GelChad Willit was a fanatic valet who love lifed his work. He was the CEO of Gunner Gel Inc., a comp whatsoever that made any sorts of foods, fuel, and energy in the main for emulous bikers, runners, and all around long distance athletes. why did Chad love his work? Because he was an athlete himself, and the drive he got from flood tide up with products that would help athletes excel allowed him to bring forth his own company. Chad?s interest in long-distance sports began in middle school, and he began reading with Michael Carkist Inc., a training transcription headed by a world renown coach. Chad had a piling of talent, merely unluckily his family moved to a small midwestern townsfolk barely before high school that didn?t have the dullard of teach he received from Carkist. that the lack of coaching and competition didn?t stop Chad from training and pushing himself to experience better. Chad?s dream was to become a professio nal and perhaps ride the Tour de France one day, but unfortunately no sponsor or collegiate team would give him the age of day because of the fact that he came from a small town that had never produced elite athletes. Instead, Chad went to a reckon university to earn his phase and trained exchangeable there was until nowness hope for his dream. If all else failed, Chad hoped to become a coach like his role beat Michael Carkist. But something happened during college. Chad noticed that although he still trained at a high level, he was endlessly much more fatigued during his workouts.
