To be foolish is to be godless (Psalm 141 Comp. Judges 1923 2 Samuel 1313). True wi sdom is a gift from God to those who ask it (Job 2812-28 Proverbs 313-18 Romans 122 1627 1 Corinthians 117-21 26-8 James 15).
